Big old halo fan here since day 1 i normally pre order all halo games and play straight away however the way things are these days with all games i rarely now pre order anything as most games are buggy and have issues on day of release and sometimes for weeks maybe months and to be honest i was so disappointed with halo 5 and dont feel we have been shown enough of the campaign to really convince us that this halo game will be worth pre ordering and will be a massive improvement over halo 5 especially when it comes to story… i dont know i just feel like since 343 took over halo my excitement for the halo game releases are getting less and less when it comes to expectations.
The big marketing focus on MP and silence in regards to the campaign is a major red flag. They are following the microtransaction route. That’s a red flag. Probably a safe bet not to preorder.

Totally agree with this! 343 seem more focused on there marketing and milking the halo name by selling as much crap as possible and not just focusing on the games that got halo where it is today! I just feel like there really letting the games down and hate that for once im not hyped about a halo game coming out!

Yes!! im not normally a big multiplayer these days but the new battlefield does look good! I will also play farcry 6 when thats released as i enjoyed farcry 5! Unfortunately i think i will play it safe with halo infinite amd wait amd see what the reviews look like and if people are happy with the way the story goes…
