Call me weird for pointing this out, but are his thighs a little too slim? We all remember him as being a thicc boi, don’t we? That’s possible given the current politically correct leanings in all things but I don’t think that’s the case here. Chief was bulky in CE and then streamlined/slimmed a bit more athletic in 2-3, before being given a bulkier look again in 4. My personal opinion here is they’re going to go for a modernized Halo 3 look. They’re going to attempt to merge some elements from their art style with the elements of Halo 3 with some new flavors and twists, and it’s either going to be absolutely spectacular or it’s going to be the final nail in the coffin. Should it turn out decent, I think itll be a good comeback. If they screw up number 3 in a trilogy it’s pretty much a done deal.
I think the slimmer thigh thigh is either just a visual trick because we can’t see the whole character model and proportions, or it’s a more athletic, Spider-Man type style on the Chief. We’ll see.

Well 343I already confirmed that the Spartan in the trailer is Chief. Plus it’s just an Engine demo his body physique can change from here on till the game is complete.

I have a thread going about this here, I agree, the legs in the Halo Infinite engine demo look very thin to me, feminine even. I noticed straight away, a very odd look imo.
