They haven’t told us the details yet just said that they are not in the req system.

It’s really all just speculation right now. Nothing has confirmed that this is the case, but their wording in the CU seems to be implying it.
I am taking a wild guess it will refer to campaign achievements such as intel and skulls. Recon Gen1 would totally be intel if anything, due to its connection to ONI.
i hope its connected to medals, being one of the few people with an unfrigg and running around with EOD 
or like in reach, where you had to get so many first strikes cant wait
