Hello Halo Fans. I am reporting a huge killjoy in the Spartan Ops commendations. I have recently attempted to obtain the Forerunner destroyer commendation, and that means mastering all Forerunner enemies. The main problem is that two of them, the crawler sniper and knight commander, are incredibly rare. For example, I have played Switchback, the level with most Commanders and Snipers, to the point I have mastered Knight and Battlewagon. With that, I only have Expert Commander and Adept sniper. At this rate, I will be sick of the game before I get these two mastered.
That is why I would like either a decrease of the commendation requirements, or an increase of the enemy spawn frequency. If anyone knows how to report this horrible error, please tell me.
TBH, Crawler Sniper and Knight Commanders are extremely rare to find, just need some luck.
Nothing can be done except grinding those commendations.
You don’t need to complete the missions, in case you didn’t know already. Just find a mission where those enemies are at the start of and kill them over and over.
Or quit, that’s what I did.

But that ruins the point of the Game being a game. A game is enjoyment through challenges. This isn’t just challenging, this is some dude in 343i thought it was a good idea to make high requirements for enemies that never appear. Its dumb stuff like that were I just want to smack him in the back of the head.

I hadn’t considered that. Is it really that hard to destroy a goose with a driver?
I’d probably just go into BTB and grab a splaser.

I’ve done that quite a few times, and IMO, it was hard to aim at them, with all the hills, Mantis blocking the way, etc. I got one the other day from a lucky plasma grenade lag.

I think I’ve gotten one, because I was in a Wraith and the guy drove up to me and honked at me.

lol, he was probably like, “hey, your blocking my…uh-oh, bad idea”. Personally, if i were to rank the hardest to easiest commies, I pick Mongoose Destroyer as the Hardest.
EP 05 CH 01 is a good 1 Spartan Ops for Forerunner kills…

God knows, but yeah, their are a few. For now this is my list of hardest Commedations:
Mongoose Destroyer
Plasma Pistol
Knight Commanders
Crawler Snipers
Pulse Grenades

yes I have to agree with you about those being the hardest 1’s to obtain

Pulse grenades are defiantly the easiest in the list above this post. Just use grenadier and explosions. And play with bad people.

Commanders, for some reason, I found them only on Legendary and on 5 or 6 chapters. I maybe wrong, but if there is one thing, i ran into a hell load of Knight Battlewagons which drive me insane.
Snipers, on the other hand, i could never and i mean i spent a good 4 hours trying to find them and all i can find them on is on Ep 1, Chap 3.

May be possible, but the one problem i have with Pulse Grenades is that it take long to blow. However, i was told the easiest way to get pulse grenade commies up is if you play Objectives.

You can find 4-6 knight commanders on Switchback, even on easy. Snipers, however, are rare and often surrounded by other crawlers and watchers. Its like its raining hardlight when ever I find a few.
