I have created a youtube channel that I am going to dedicate to helping others improve at Halo Reach.

I am also open to any and all constructive criticism on how I can improve my own gameplay. I hope to improve my own play while also offering other players advice during my videos.
In this thread please post feedback on my gameplay as well as ways to improve my channel.

Anyway good job, I like gameplay that describes what the player was thinking. Subscribed and a thumbs up.

Thank you very much. The biggest complaint I’ve been getting is that my videos offer very little to already skilled Arena players, but I’ll be working on putting in some more in-depth videos.

I made a thread in the Reach forum titled “Ask a Halo 3 Doubles kid anything about Reach”.
They thought this deserved a 14 day ban.

14 days? You weren’t even trolling. I would have said 3 days max, if at all.

I quite agree.
I was banned for “spam”, but my thread was discussing Halo Reach in the Halo Reach forum. I guess you can’t put Halo 3 in your titles there.

I would assume it would be tough to give tips to people that are already good.
I liked them because they weren’t like “I just got a triple kill” “Watch me get the head shot” "etc. I just want to watch some Gameplay when I’m not playing that is an actual commentary not repeating what I can already see for my self.

I guess trolling is acceptable, but spam isn’t.
Anyway, watched your Select video. I can honestly say that I didn’t know what I should have done on Select in Arena previously, since my usual playstyle is to continuously move up, but watching that gave me some ideas on how to utilize the cover on it (crouching on the ramps, for example)

That is what I’m doing my best to accomplish. It’s actually much harder than I thought to commentary my gameplay without just announcing obvious things, but I’m doing my best. lol

Excellent commentary on the Zealot one. Great strategies, and as to whoever else it was that said it; nice to see someone who knows when to let a kill go to help out the rest of the team.

Thanks a lot. I have a video I want to do where I explain to 343 why reflection is broken and another one where I show how to beat a team of competent jet packers (ugh) on Asylum.
Love your videos man keep them coming. I remember how you used to get flamed on bnet for no reason. I honestly think getting banned might have been the best thing for you. Waypoint has much better forumers.
