I was hoping that it was just teething problems with the last patch, but it’s not getting any better. I’m having my sound randomly cut out, having all sorts of random pauses and lags in the middle of the game, it’s plain awful tbh.

I have more, but you get the point. The game has lots of annoying bugs lately, and has been worse since the last update. The sound is only there half of the time now. The lag is annoying as hell, and the whole game freezes for a fraction of a second at random intervals. I was playing Assault the other day, and arming the bomb. It went to about 3/4 then the game glitched and the bomb timer had gone back to about 1/4! Luckily I still scored, but this sort of thing is game breaking as it’s vital to arm the bomb as fast as possible. I wish they’d patch this game properly and stop releasing DLC that breaks the game.
Honestly, I wouldn’t know much, I haven’t played much after the update as my 1-month code only worked for 3 days, but in what I did play, I had more noticeable issues far more frequently, so If this isn’t just me, than it’s diffidently a problem that needs to be fixed.
Player Traits for custom game modes in custom games have been broken for the past 3 weeks as well, and some people can’t even forge on their maps due to a bug that resurfaced with the update. The content updates so far have introduced almost as many bugs as they fix.
My biggest problem is they don’t address these issues fast enough. instead they always wait for the next update. Which really is very strange. Because how can you fix issues if the new update has bugs or issues. This just keeps snowballing. If they see issues or bugs fix them on the spot or in a relatively soon matter. Don’t keep letting them pile up! The more I play this game the more it performs like a beta. :-/
Lol yeah that one was terrible! What about when I spawned on the rocks… what the hell? There’s tons of other stuff that has happened that I didn’t record, but 343 don’t seem to take notice anyway. Some of these bugs are new and some have been here for months. It would be good if they could all get squashed, as I’m worried that the next update will just make things even worse.
The game also sticks in random assassinations instead of the one you equipped. I don’t get very many and look forward to the one I have. Then all of a sudden it’s like WTF? I go check my settings and I have the right one selected so… It’s not always the same one either. It’s like the game is running through the sequence until you get lucky enough to get back to yours.
Good post. I can’t believe some of those clips. I think the spawn on a splinter was just an unfortunate circumstance because after you died he immediately threw that splinter to red corner anticipating another enemy. It’s still worth them looking into I’d think.
The Warzone game where it spawned you outside the playing area to an immediate plummet to death is just not acceptable. I suppose we have to have faith and hope they are aware and looking into these.
And their business practice of treating the entire community as idiots who dont deserve a response on all these negative posts is just mindblowing.
They need to step up to the plate, clearly state the issues they are working on, and their deadlines. This arrogance from 343i towards their customers, is mindblowing.
We all know that they need to communicate, or else we might as well be on a different forum. i did create a thread about it on team beyond if you wanna go there.

If it impacts REQ revenue, then they tend to fix it pretty quick. Pretty strange.
I have been lagged and booted out of so many games, that I will not use any REQs because i lose them as soon as I get booted out. So it is affecting the REQ system in a round about way.
Not been on since, the up and coming “matchmaking options” mooted by 343i best equate to selectable datacentres, or I am well and truly quitting Halo & Xbox in general, I get far more satisfaction from my PC these days anyway.

Your absolutely right… They need to keep us informed better on what updates there are. The community update on here is so vague who knows what they are really doing! I personally think there lack of communicating with issues we have is completely disrespectful to any H5 gamer.They do need to step it up! I haven’t had too much trouble after the patch, except for one game of warzone assault. I couldn’t access any of my reqs in that game. It just said retrieving data or something every time I tried to get weapons or vehicles.
There are so many annoying forge glitches
Sometimes I can’t select or delete an object
Button lag
After duplicating a group trying to move or rotate it will only affect the parent object.
Disconnecting for no reason.
Let’s just hope either MoR or some bug fix patch fixes them
