Anyone else having this problem? I press Y to invite a friend from the Halo menu, and it seems like nothing has happened. Usually it’d pop up “invite sent”, but it doesn’t work.
I can invite people through the main Xbox menu, it’s just Halo 5 that has changed.
This also happens to me. The invite still sends but I’m not told it’s done so.

Me too. I thought it wasn’t working so I sat there spamming it for like 10 minutes. My friend wasn’t too happy with the spam lol.
Ah cool, thanks for the replies. Have any of you found a fix? Any settings in the Xbox menu that I might have missed? I’ve checked the notification settings, and the only thing I have turned off is achievements, as they annoy me when they pop up all the time. But it’s been set like that for ages, so I doubt that it’s relevant.
The party and game are turned on, and friends and broadcasts are set to favourites. I can’t think of anything else to check, maybe it’s just a bug with the game?
