Simply downloading the game

I have gotten all the e-mails saying “you have been chosen for this flight” but when I go to the see how I go about downloading the game the pages will not load.
Am I doing something wrong or is 343 having issues that I don’t know about.

Click your name in the top right > Halo Insider > Scroll to the bottom to find your steam key > Copy and paste key into steam (In steam click games tab then activate product)
