Simple suggestions to get Halo back on top

Hello,
post your thoughts about the Halo 5 multiplayer and campaign in this forums page so maybe with our suggestions, 343i would make the game a lot better.

Can’t tell if OP is serious or if they are a Troll…

He doesn’t help his cause by including troll in his name, either.

Putting Halo back on top? They can start by managing map packs better. All I ask are permanent DLC playlists for all Halo games including Reach. They put their time into making map packs, then we can’t play on them again after a few weeks. I would love to play Highlands in Reach again, but I can’t. If this is how it’s going to be, they might as well not make map packs. I’m going to lose it if they keep this up.

make a good game

it’s true. I really don’t know why they even did this, I don’t remember but I think when bungie was still in charge you could play map packs on reach, but when 343i was in charge, they took away the dlc matchmaking, and this happened in Halo 4 too.
Any idea about the cause of this action

Reach didn’t had that good amount of maps in DLC to support it.

Halo 4’s population was too low to support the DLC playlist, so they keep them on rotation. DLC playlist kept stating roughly less than 1000 players on average at a given moment.

To make DLC more popular, they need to make the game better first off. With AAs off the table and replaced with a better balanced SAs, 343 is making a step in the right direction. They should also manage map packs in terms of size and shoot for an even amount of 4v4 and 8v8 maps that can offer a wide variety of gametypes to support. Encourage people to buy DLC in bundles instead of individual purchases and there is potential for an increase in sales.

All that is left is good maps and knowing what else they have done to Halo’s MP to see if DLC can be a good buy or not.
