Edit: I opened about 6-7 bronze packs and got the last 4-5 mongeese I needed. Thanks for the help everyone!!!

is it a known issue that you cannot finish all of your certifications because silver packs just start giving you 3000 req points at some point? I understand that some emblems remain outstanding due to being unlocked via commendations, but I have like five types of mongeese left to acquire certification for and every other darn thing unlocked in the common to rare items.

For the Mongoose certifications, you should probably try buying a bunch of Bronze packs. That’s how I got mine.

Gold always provides ultra rare and legendary, but when I look at my vehicle certifications I see that there are common certs I don’t yet have

I would but bronze doesn’t even guarantee an unlock so I was avoiding those…

I got one of those uncommon unlocks you are speaking of in a gold pack a couple days ago… It was annoying because I followed that bronze, silver, gold strat for efficiency…

They don’t guarantee an unlock correct, but they have a pretty good percentage of providing a permanent, and I had the same experience, didn’t get the common Mongeese until I bought Bronze packs, probably the only way to get them.

Bronze cost 1,250 RP (1/4th of a silver pack). i found (through unlocking every common req) that bronze packs gives roughly one permanent common req for each 2 bronze packs bought. That means that, on average, bronze packs have roughly the same unlock percentage as silver packs, which is 2 permanent unlocks per 5,000 RP spent.

You may get lucky and unlock 3 commons in a row from bronze, or you may get unlucky and only unlock one from your first 5 packs, but it won’t take long to get 5 or 6 certifications.

Some of them can only be bought in there specific pack. The mongooses are one of those.
