You mean this match you’re in? I don’t know. Probably you’ve encountered a fireteam where there’s a high ranked player and low ranked players in the team. That’s usually the case why there are unbalanced matches.
But still, you’re breaking forum rules. You can have a read of the rules & guidelines.

i played 30 SWAT games the past weekend an 90% of those i had silvers on my team that i had to carry. i can only carry so much. how does it even thinks putting a d6 with Silvers is a good idea.
