The last few silver packs myself as well as a few others have purchased have stopped awarding 2 certifications at a time, as they’re supposed to do, and are only giving out 1 certification and a 1500 point refund. I still need several silver certifications and this issue will obviously make it take much longer. Also, I can imagine that if anyone paid for 2 certs and only got 1 they’d be pretty angry. Any way to look into this further?
