I had 54 items left to unlock with Silver Packs before I’d finally unlock all uncommon and rare REQs.
However, last night when I opened 3 Silver packs, I received 3000 REQ points for each one and ZERO unlocks.
I still do not have:

Winged - RareIs this some glitch? What do I need to do to unlock the 1 loadout weapon, 2 weapon skins, and 51 emblems that are uncommon / rare?
Many emblems are unlocked through completing personal commendations. The UNSC weapon skins have not been released yet. As for the Extended Mag DMR, I’m not sure on that one. If you’re getting REQ points from Silver packs, maybe try buying a few more and then just switch to Gold packs.
I didn’t go through the list, but didn’t see any on your list of emblems that I know are obtained through silver. Not sure why you haven’t unlocked the DMR, but I think you are done with silvers and would move on to golds.

> Because they were temporarily released during the promotional Spartan Armory Pack, and will be released again in an upcoming update.
The DMR, though it is marked as Rare, is actually higher in rarity in the background. As a result, it is exclusive to Gold packs. After Memories of Reach, you can get the UNSC weapon skins, and all of those emblems are commendation unlocks. Safe to say, you’re done with Silver packs for the time being.
