So I bought a silver req pack with my 5,000 req points like usual, then an error comes up and saids that it is in the open packs section. It takes my req points mind you. Then I go to open it and it said you have already opened this pack. I think this is a glitch and reset the game. I go back to the open pack section and my silver req pack is gone! I lost my points and got nothing from the pack! I have a game clip of the error message by the way if you need to see it.
In situtations like this the items should automatically be added to your inventory. Do a hard reset of your xbox and check your REQ collection after that.
