Earlier I was playing halo 5 online,after I finished the game I got this error message " Silent Cartographer, You’ve been banned" After I got the message I was still able to play online so I did. However now Everytime i launch the game I get this message and im unsure what it is.
I’ve never done anything wrong in the game (Cheated,afk ect.) I’m unsure if this is just a bug or if I have done something wrong?
please somebody give me some answers

The thing is I have never done that and also I’m not actually banned I’m still able to play this message just shows up everytime I launch halo 5. One thing I did notice is that the expiry date on the message changes everytime I load it up
same here got it after playing warzone assault. I can still play anything I want but the massage is an annoyance.

Scared the -Yoink- out of me when it popped up for me. Saw the “expires in 70 days” and about lost it, but all is good and I can still play. Popped up twice and I haven’t seen it since. Must’ve been a glitch.
“Silent Cartographer” ban is a mute ban, so you will be unable to use your mic in matchmaking. It happens when too many players mute you in game - this can be if you cause a lot of background noise, but also a lot of players will just auto-mute people so it builds up
Yeah thats going to happen to a lot of people who dont mute their Kinects XD

this is an awesome feature, but it should only last a day and it shouldn’t be affecting people when people mute all

I was thinking the same, and I think it is good when you here the good old rave music or Kida crying in the background
