Is anybody trying to do the headmaster achievement and can’t get past the bridge after beating the two hunters?
I tried restarting it and doing the last checkpoint. Nothing…
Please help if somebody knows a fix!

Yes, me and my friend are playing this mission on coop now (we’ve restarted the mission a few times) and every time we hit the bridge the Cortana in-game cutscene is not triggering so we can’t progress to the boss battle. You also can’t spawn in the open world so we are checkpoint locked in a gamebreaking bug.

If you die enough times in quick succession it will kick you back a checkpoint, if that helps.
The other day my buddy and I went over the edge in a warthog. I got out and tried to grapple up, and got a checkpoint while doing it. It was taking too long so I just fell. It spawned us both in the warthog as it fell into the abyss.

So i figured out that as long as your entire team doesn’t die and you complete it on the first try it will let you progress. And there’s a place for you to hide in the back left and just keep spawning your drop and shooting their legs. Best of luck
Is this the only way through? Playing co op and both of us always dies at the Hunter fight on legendary.
Same here… Stuck with the game because of it. Trying now on legendary without dying ^^
I created a bug ticket myself too.
We managed to get arround it by not dying both on legendary. As long as one player stays alive and can respawn the other it will work. The hardest part is for sure the 2 hunters. There is an easy trick to beat them though. One player needs to have drop wall ability activated and should directly hide top left behind the boxes and use the drop wall when the other player is down. Like this the hunters cannot hit you and the other player respawns as long as needed and can kill the hunters. We managed to do it with our second try already and only died after first try cause I wasn’t using the drop wall in cover.
My friend and I have been show stopped by this bug. When you get to the bridge you have to activate a little after the 2 hunters fight nothing happens. You can actually run across to the other side in midair. The mission marker does not progress past the cut scene with atriox and cortana.
We’ve restarted the mission a bunch of times. No go. Stuck here until 343 fixes it.
Running into this issue as well.
Glad we waited a year for co-op, totally worth it.

Happened to me and my friebd today 19/02/2023 we tried restart mission and no works, wtf this bridge glitch idk why they launch the update with bugs
When will the developer work on resolving the issue?
Same problem. Please fix now, 343. Really frustrating.
Came in here to report the same issue.
Restarted, died once and along the way we noticed the waypoint wasn’t updating. Kept going and it wouldn’t progress.
Please update this asap 343 as it really is a pain…
Bug is still not fixed. After a year later? Wow 343 has really ruined the halo franchise. Can’t even fix a simple bug. Super frustrating
