There are silenced variants of all the loadout weapons (AR, SMG, DMR, BR, and tactical magnum.) As far as I know the silenced ar, smg, and tactical magnum have been used in arena matchmaking at this point.
I am pretty sure that any weapon with no silencer is gonna appear on the radar.

Unless you combine it with a weapon pad 
But to be honest a silenced rocket would be unfair for players since they would not hear where the rocket came from before they die.
That would be kinda overpowered to a descent. It would work, but the pointer that tells you where you’re getting shot from would just give you away anyway. If multiple players, then it would be useful.
