Recently I have had a huge problem signing into halo 5 on my xbox one I normally use my mobile data as a source of Internet connection on xbox. Now while all of my othergames and apps are okay to sign into it’s just halo 5 and Halo channel and even Halo Waypoint using my phone it’s the same I’m only writing this up using my WiFi please someone fix this problem please I’m a huge fan of Halo so please let me sign in please.
If you can access Waypoint on your WiFi but not cellular data, good chance that something is being blocked by your cell provider. If they have an 18+ setting you may need to make sure that is enabled. I had similar trouble to this last week
