I am looking for Spartans to join the Spectres. Spectre Team is a group of Spartans who know how to use stealth to gain the upper hand against enemy units. We specialize in fighting in groups of any size, and rely on coordination to outmatch the opposition. This Team will function like an actual military unit, and recruits will be taught the necessary “jargon”. Units will be split into squads of 5, teams of 10, and packs of 20. If you have a friend who joins before you, you can request to join their unit, provided the unit is not full, and you will be battle tested to ensure that the efficiency of the unit is not substantially affected by your joining. Color scheme and emblem changes are only required when training or in a formal setting with the Company. Rank is not determined by skill, but rather ability to lead your fellow Spectres in battle. Contact me through Xbox Live if you have any further questions. Gamertag is same as username. Mic is required to have a command position, but not required to join. You need to be able to hear, understand, and follow orders in order to join. Members should, preferably, speak English whenever with other Spectres, unless the other Spectres can understand you and are not in a Company setting. Members MUST speak English if they are in a combat situation. This is simply to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Team. Age requirements are ages 14+, and EVERY member must communicate maturely with others. No “that’s what she said” jokes every other sentence.
To reiterate, mics are not required to join, but you need to be able to hear chat.
It is preferred (not required) that you are not a complete pushover in multiplayer, but I am personally willing to help inexperienced players improve.
