When I press enter to start up Halo, it tells me I need to sign into my Microsoft account. When I click sign in, it shows,
" Something went wrong.
There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser."
I have been on the phone with Microsoft and Xbox support multiple times, and they say that my account is completely fine and that there isn’t a problem. I haven’t been able to play the game since release and I have been waiting for so long! Someone please help!
