OK I sign in to halowaypoint with my email and my profile does not match I have to search my gamertag why is this … I’m new to all this
Make sure you are using the correct email ad password to sign in with - it will be the same email/password you use for your Xbox Live gamertag. Does the same thing happen when you sign into Xbox.com? Could try that and see what happens
