I usually stay signed into Waypoint all the time. I have noticed a problem that comes up when I have been signed in for a long period time, I get signed out for no reason an then can’t sign in again for a certain time. Has anyone else had this problem? Can a Waypoint mod or part of the web team 'splain this to me and give a solution?

It’s been around for a while, and the dev team hasn’t quite fixed it yet. Your best bet is to simply log out when you’re done using the forums, rather than just closing your browser window.

Happens to me sometimes too. I’ve been meaning to ask about this but it’s only ever on my mind when it happens, and of course I can’t sign in. Then I forget. Glad to see I’m not the only one, I thought it was a problem with my adblocker or cookies or something.

clear your browsing data when it happens
alternitively you can set your browser to clear cookies and cache when closed.

That doesn’t always work, unfortunately, but it can’t hurt to try.
