Greetings. I have an issue I’d like to know if there is any way to fix it.
For some reason, I can no longer access to my account in Halo Waypoint through mobile anymore. (I use a smartphone and have no possibility to download Halo Waypoint app)
Right now, I am signed in through a PC, no issue there, but when I try to do it from a mobile device, its not letting me. I go to the sign in option, but then its says its unable to load the page.
Any idea what it may be the cause? I appreciate your time reading this.
Have you tried using private browsing and seeing if you can log in that way? Or even another browser?

Sorry for the late reply. I tried different browsers on my phone but none of them work with waypoint.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy
Could it be due to an ad-blocker? If you are using one, try temporarily turning it off to see if you can log in.
Are you on WiFi on your phone or mobile data? I’d be curious to know if it only works with one of those or with neither

Either Wi-FI or Mobile Data, it isn’t working

I dont think so. I dont use an ad blocker
What version of the Galaxy do you have and what version of Android are you running?

Its a Samsung Galaxy J6
I’m having the same problem on iPhone like I can login okay on my web browser (safari) but I have the app downloaded and have been trying to login for days and keep getting the same message
I’m on IOS as well and I cannot login via the app either.
The app is experiencing really bad issues on Android. I am using the Galaxy Note 10 Pro, the app will go as far as to have me sign in but instead of loading anything after I sign in the app just whitescreens permanently until closed. Really hoping for a fix for the launch of Infinite! No ad-blockers, wifi is running perfectly, phone is charged and I’ve reset the phone to see if anything changes.
Having the same issue on my Iphone 11 Pro Max. Sign into my account and the app displays: “Xbox Live Account Error” Please sign into Xbox.com to resolve the problem or sign in with a different account. However if I go into the browser version like I am right now there is zero issues. Also noticed that the app version on xbox is still showing information from 2016! When are these going to be updated and fixed?
I’m having the exact same issues with that exact same respinse. Is this because they’re possibly preparing for Halo Infinite’s app?

Please check your network connection and try again.” But my phone is connected to wifi… Lol I just realized I am talking about the halo channel app. Which also doesn’t work btw. : )
But I’m guessing if everyone on this forum is experiencing these issues then maybe they’re doing something on the flip side to make the experience a better more immersive companion to the game like how the destiny companion app works. Just speculation here, but even just watching what they’ve show so far I wouldn’t be surprised if all of these issues are known but will be communicated through a vidoc later with a waypoint or halo channel app improvement announcement.

Same thing is happening to me on Android and I can’t update the Halo Channel app to Halo Waypoint.
