So last week I had roughly 10 seasonal points left I signed in today and now have 154 points, can someone tell me what just happened and if it’s okay to use said points cause I didn’t earn them they just were there

so they just gave everyone like 100 points for some reason? kinda weird but I can just spend them then without worry good to know, also is there a post or anything explaining why they did this? I’m not complaining just really curious
The linked posts explain it. But basically you earn 1 Spartan Point per level up to 100 prior to this change. People who were over level 100 were annoyed that the limit seemed arbitrary.
343 expanded the rewards so you now get 1 SP perlevel, and went back and retroactively awarded Spartan Points for every level above 100.
For example, I’m tier 315 so 315-100 meant I was awarded an extra 215 Spartan Points.

@The_FFA_Panda yeah I followed the link, but for some reason my third reply got posted before my second so it looks like I was asking for more details, Sorry, I should have just deleted it, but I honestly didn’t expect that to happen, But I do appreciate you breaking it down anyways, just in case some one else drops in and doesn’t want to read up on it, and again thanks to everyone who got back to me so quickly, since I don’t typically keep up with halo news, I’m grateful for that, hope every one has a good holidays if you celebrate them, if you don’t I’m still wishing you well for the rest of the year and after.
