So I log into youTube and am presented with the ā€œHalo 4 Fiction Panel from SDCC 2012ā€ uploaded 3 minutes ago by HaloWaypoint, i click on it and recieve:

This video contains content from machinima, who has blocked it on copyright grounds.
Sorry about that.

So, Machinima has copyright blocked an official HaloWaypoint video, im pretty sure this is a mistake and is likely to change but, this shouldnā€™t be happening, is this just a glitch of some sort or is Machinima really this stupidā€¦

Machinima have blocked the Halo 4 fiction panel on youtube for copyright!
Wtf are they doing, the video was barely up for 5 minutes.

No we donā€™t. Waypoint doesnā€™t use YouTube as a host player for their website. I believe they use MS Silverlight. They upload some of the videos to their YouTube account as well as here, but if they feel like embedding it on Waypoint, no one can stop them. YouTube really needs to start monitoring these bogus copyright claims.
