Just shut down halo 3 and Reach and use the server power for halo 4. It keeps giving me and many other thousands of player a good for main server and giving us a default sever with no flood and other game types .

No way in heck this is happening. Too many people still play. However, If they had to choose, I think they’d shut down Reach because of how badly it was received.
Dude, they’re not even on the same server as Halo 4 - Halo 4 got brand new servers with brand new software running on Windows Azure. There’s nothing on it but Halo 4.
