Shrine Blue Team Spawning

I’ve noticed in MM on Shrine in H2A, that Blue Team’s spawning gets screwed up.

In 5 matches, primarily in 4 Neutral Assault matches, I noticed that if someone on Red team is anywhere “forward” of the Rocket Launcher, Blue team will spend most of their time spawning in the “Downstream” area to the right of Blue Base (facing Red). Even though there are spawn points to the left in the “Ruined Shrine” around the Shotgun and Sniper Spawns, the game will put priority to the right. From there with MM’s Assault BR starts, Red team can just sit elevated on “Eastern Rise” or in the second level “Mausoleum” window next to Eastern Rise, throwing grenades down as someone spawns and hit them with the BR.

Using Customs, I noticed it doesn’t happen to Red team if Blue is “forward” of Rocket spawn, their spawns are more dispersed among their points.

In the 3 of the 4 Neutral Assault matches, Blue team got absolutely wrecked by 4 Red team players taking advantage of it the entire match and lost.
The 4th match Blue team won, but only because one got a lucky spawn to grab the bomb. One guy had 50+ kills just from sitting there waiting for spawns. In 21 lives, only twice did I spawn anywhere aside from “Downstream”.

I went into Forge with Assault settings and took a look at view angles. Once someone from Red is “forward” of Rocket spawn causing Blue to spawn “Downstream”;
Someone on “Eastern Rise” has LOS on 10 spawn points
Someone in second level “Mausoleum” window has LOS on 8 spawn points
If over there, Someone by “Ruined Shrine”'s Plasma Pistol has LOS on 6 spawn points, but can see someone the moment they step away from spawning.
