I see so much hate in the forums these days about they game or the community so I thought it is time to share the love about and talk about why you love Halo!
For me Halo has been a massive part of my life. I started back on CE in around 2004 and have been hooked since. I have made many friends through this game throughout the years and have got lots of brilliant memories. Even in my lowest times I know that when I get home I can turn on the Xbox and play a bit of Halo and I will be happy.
Why does Halo make you happy? What are your favourite Halo memories? Got any good stories about Halo?
My favorite memory was in H3. I was in high school, and pretty good. We got 3rd in a local tourny. Got knocked out by a team that ended up placing top 8 in MLG in Reach.

Before that, when I had the original xbox and no xbl I had halo 2 and everyone in the neighborhood would come over and play me and my best friend in 2v2s.

Halo was my way to keep in touch with friends after being expelled from high school. It’s been an important part of my life ever since.
I just remember endless hours of screwing around with my friends on Forge World. Man, those were the days. Halo 5 is great, but I don’t think anything could top those memories for me.

Halo FTW Started with CE when my uncle bought it love the series im a dedicated halo fan my favorite halo game is halo reach and least favorite was halo 4

I used to love getting the triangular building thing up to the top of the map then getting everyone in so you could drop it and have that 3 second thrill as you fell out the sky xD
I’ve been playing Halo since 2001. Yeah It was a long long time ago. I was 7. Friend’s parents got the game in a bundle for the Xbox I went over his house the day after Christmas. They told us not to play it. Guess what we did? We played it. Coop for while then we found multiplayer for 4 people. I was hooked. I sucked for years but it was fun. I got my first Xbox on the Christmas of 07, with Halo 3. I played with one of my best friends night after night and met some of his friends through the game who I can now consider my friends. I played on a team back in the day it was fun but even with a not so stellar game in H4 I still loved it because it was still apart of the franchise I grew up with.
The sad thing is that all of us that love the game and lore don’t speak up too much, so the forum is overrun with negativity. But we’re here, loving every minute of the day we get to play Halo. <3
