So! I just finished coop legendary campaign, and the journey was incredible, the story unbelievable, and emotion compelling.
And I just wanted a show of hands, who got choked up/teary at the end of it?
The two other people I played with including myself found ourselves wading waist deep of emotion through the story, and in the end, we were very :’(.
343i pulled it off I must say, they made (for myself), the best story of a game I have ever played, second to none by a very big gap. The emotion in the story is so real and by the end of it, it felt like I had just played a movie, and the best one ever made at that as well.
I have not many complaints for campaign aside from a few bad auto save points (or lack of). Playing solo legendary, I’ve found a few places where if you make through a certain place, you are lucky because it’s FREAKING had, then you have an equally hard part right after, but no auto save point in between so I’m thrusted back the the first nearly impossible battle.
So anyway, I’m perdicting this being the game of the year and winning best audio, character and pretty much anything else.
