The delay after using this means you usually die, even if you hit the person.
IMO this should be a 1 hit kill otherwise it I a pointless move.
everytime i’ve been shoulder barged it’s resulted in a death, and everytime i see a teammate get shoulder charged i’ve seen them die. I don’t know… maybe we should trade betas
It is a 1 hit kill from the back. Making it a 1 hit kill from any direction would make it OP as hell.
The delay is there to make it less powerfull than the thruster, else you could just go around shoulder charging everywhere for a speed boost since it has no recharge.
Making it one hit kill would almost be like starting the game with swords lol
But seriously, I think it works well as is. It’s a one hit kill from behind, how it should be. Most of the time when I get kills or get killed by it, it’s already because I took some other form of damage, so that might be the case with you, Snipe

yeah i think that’s what it was.
I think it should just be removed. Assassinating after sprinting prevails over missing them with a shoulder barge and getting yourself killed IMO.
If not removed, it should have a specific combo to minimize randomness.

As long as you have shot them at least once before they hit you it is easily possible to get 2 melees in before the shoulder barge animation finishes. Which means you should always win against someone shoulder barging
Look at Destiny and you’ll see why a 1 hit kill shoulder charge doesn’t work.
Every Titan in Destiny is spamming that charge over and over getting 1 hit kills with no penalty, it’s the worst.

But they don’t have the nerfs to sprint that Halo does so it’s not quite the same imo
All honesty. Go play destiny if you want that one hit kill trash.
