Should you be able to boot people in grifball?

I’m veteran grifball player, I can’t help, but kill my teammates. It’s inevitable. I get killed by my teammates all the. If this happens so much, why is there an ability to boot people for team killing? It’s just retarded. If you haven’t played grifball before, go into the arena playlist and go down to the very bottom. You will be able to experience the “magic”! For those who don’t agree with and have played grifball, have you actually tried playing correctly?

Get rid of friendly fire. In Grifball hitting your teammates by accident (or on purpose) happens all the time. If you were to just remove booting there’d be numerous trolls who’re there just to ruin the game. This was a huge problem in Reach.

He’s right.

Team kill trolling was a problem in infected/grifball in Reach, as trolls could just constantly shoot at/spawn kill you, so it’s better to just keep it off by default.

No, you shouldn’t be booted for betraying. It’s almost inevitable that you’re accidentally going to betray someone in this game mode at least once.

Either the betrayal limit should be raised to 6 betrayals before you can get booted, or there needs to be no friendly fire.

It doesnt belong in Grifball, it never did.

On another note, weren’t they gonna cycle Grifball out? I recall them saying this in a update prior to WZFF but it’s still around. Hmm.

Raising the boot limit won’t stop troll teammates from running into your gravity hammer just so they can boot you.

Then friendly fire? I never really had a problem with trolls like that, but more with people who don’t like the fact I accidentally hit them in the back twice while fighting the enemy.

I’ve said this before NO you shouldn’t be able to boot in grifball its accidental betrayl and it does not benefit the team in game

Wow, seriously?

If you’re a veteran you should be able to avoid killing teammates

Do you know how hard that is?

Turning off friendly fire means every match would just be one player launching another player across the map.

It’s easy to avoid killing teammates by just not swinging the hammer everywhere you go.
