no. we just switched to the xbox app. game pass gives perks plus games and lots of other goodies. spotify for 4 months etc

Dude for real, did you notice how Scarlet wake, scarlet skies and the Yoroi one are all the same color but sold in separate bundles.
Like they don’t just make it a universal color.
Now here’s the real kicker. Everyone that purchased all these things now. When the next Armor core is released… Non of it as it seems now, will carry over.
You will have to start from scratch, which sucks given that by start from scratch I mean open the wallet and pay again. For the same stuff you already bought

Turn crossplay off lol play all day and give them money for doing it. But I’m not gonna sit here and play against cheaters. When I do a 1 hour search on google to see if the game got updated all I see are free cheats for the game

BTB having issues even playing properly has been a big one for sure. I know a few people that are essentially exclusive BTB players and the problems have driven them off.

I have crossplay turned on, I have yet to encounter a PC cheater yet luckily.
However this is indeed a big problem as there’s no anti-cheat.
As much as I enjoy Ranked Arenas and Quick Play, a VERY large chunk of my enjoyment from Halo comes from playing BTB with friends.
And BTB is not working with friends.

Idk without BTB all I can play is ranked basically because the other game modes are -Yoink!- and AR starts terrible

It’s not AR starts is terrible it’s the weapon is to overpower, an assault rifle should kill from across the map AR is a more close combat weapon. They need to buff the other weapons to balance the game.
Yes you should be concerned cuz the monotizing of the game is terrible theres absolutly nothing to grind for in the game ranked is a mess game is full of bugs this is a rushed game and it shows ppl stop caring about games when its like that

it’s because there is no content.
Probably because people hated what they did with the store and people are mixed on the campaign/multiplayer.
Here’s the thing 343i did lie about the progression system and yeh it’s a free game but the thing is going F2P was always going to give 343i a chance to gain more population than a paid game but the scary part it is doing worse as a F2P game than it has ever done as a paid game. The thing is all they’ve done is make claims and we have to take their word and I don’t even know if anything they claim is actually true.
And to add to that this game is supposed to be a 10 year game and so far I’m not even seeing the value in a 2-3 week game because of how poorly the game has been handled. They straight up ignored the complaints about the game being not ready and they continued to release it anyway. Seriously how reckless was it for them to release a game straight after beta flight? 
Just to put it this way the other day population was down 43% and now it’s down 48.37% and is seeing no sign of slowing down in decline. If this isn’t a sign that 343i royally messed up in the worst possible way then I don’t know what to say. I get people jump ships to different games after a certain amount of time but even I’m avoiding Infinite and I’m sort of the person who would be playing to max rank and farming exp daily and even I’m put off by the way 343i are handling things.
I kind of feel like 343i should disable the multiplayer and make paid game and fix the awful predatory store. This obsession with greed is just depressing and is hurting the IP that I have loved for nearly 2 decades and I feel like 343i are un-doing the good faith they did with MCC.
Anyway I need a break for now from talking about Infinite for now since it just frustrates me what 343i have done.

Alot of it has to do with replay ability for the campaign once they see beat Legendary and the other part is the BTB as others have stated. We also have the issue of how xp is earned in MP. Once you beat the challenges for the week, unless going for rank or achievements, there is no reason to stay on. There is no forge and the challenges cause issues when you have to waste swaps on BTB in its current state. While the game is getting DLC for CO OP and forge many are raising additional questions about certain plotlines, characters and locations.
Add performance based experience!!! Halo infinite will die without this. We have zero incentive to get kills or play the objective if they arent one of the 3 challenges.
Just give us a levelling system apart from the battle pass. Numbers and rank insignia. The current system is lame and makes me not want to play.

A free crossplay multiplayer game where the pc community is treated like second rate citizens with shoddy, amateurish optimization and an -Yoink!- level of aim assist for controllers was never going to survive in a serious capacity.
If that wasn’t enough to chase everyone off, they rubbed it in our noses with a pro league consisting entirely of controller players.
Can you blame anyone on pc for walking away after the novelty wears off?
If the roles were reversed, would you still play it?

The roles have always been reversed. People would plug in kb&m on Xbox to play Overwatch, which was cheating as you can snipe easier(widow, mccree etc). Kb&m still has superior aiming abilities: able to 180 quickly, faster sensitivity is honestly huge. There’s only one thing kb&m doesnt have: aim assist. I don’t even notice it, it’s tiny. Also, some pc players still find ways to give themselves aim assist!
I just can’t take anti controller arguments seriously. Will people not be happy until kb&m has aim assist also? It must be 100% better? Silly.

You’re about to get the “m/k has the same level of bullet magnetism as controller” kids coming your way. Lol They blundered M/K so hard. It’s in an AWFUL state. “PC game made by PC gamers” they said. YEAA… RIGHT. I waited 10 years to play H3 MLG on M/K and at least it felt SOME-what decent. The way this feels while playing controller players is inexcusable. They couldn’t have cared less about m/k users. That or they are seriously that incompetent. Either way, doesn’t bode well. They should have just made it console only, nobody is playing this awful game on M/K anyway, anymore. Blatant slap in the face for every M/K player.
Here’s our latest from Rural, NSW, Australia. My Husband, my daughter ( the one still at home ) and I, play Halo. I am new ( 6 months ) but my Husband has played forever and he has always tried to include our 3 daughters. Since Boxing Day, our daughter has managed to get 1 game of ranked, I think I’ve only managed 1, maybe 2. My Husband has simply timed out. We have just been doing a few Bot Bootcamps ( constantly dropped in mid game too, by the way ). Hubby timed out 3 times on ranked, just 2 hours ago and spat the dummy. He packed up and went out to the shed. We have had time outs on BTB and Fiesta. Our daughter jumped on after Hubby walked out, timed out on Ranked and got dropped into a Bot Bootcamp match.
Here’s my question, is this due to very low playerbase? Or, could it be, that being in a Rural area, with a high ping, we are being excluded?
Timing out every ranked match, except for one match for our daughter, just seems odd.
