So, in Halo 3, Bungie added a new gametype to the Halo franchise, called V.I.P. I must say that it wasn’t everyone’s favorite gametype, but it had its moments and it was mainly a great tool for custom gametypes. Once Reach came out, a lot of players were pretty sad to see that V.I.P. was no longer in the game.
My question is, would YOU want to see the V.I.P. gametype return in Halo 4?
NOTE: To be honest, even though it’s not the most favorite gametype, it was still favored by others, and besides, I had an amazing idea for using the V.I.P. gametype, but it never showed up in Reach, which I’m still sad about that. I REALLY hope they make a return, because I got something in-stored for it (not telling XD).

True, but there is always an option to take out friendly-fire. If the options get enhanced enough, we can finally get a no friendly-fire against the VIP.

Yeah, casue they’ll totally do that for War Games.
Some of my best custom games were had in that gametype. I’d really appreciate it back, even if they made no additions. I’d be completely satisfied if they just put it in the game.
Overall, it made for great custom games and I definitely want it back.

Remove betrayals from Halo 4? But then what would my friend do to our team if betrayals were removed?
I swear, everytime any of us play with that guy we get shot in the back or run over…or both.

If there were no betrayals, then I could rest assured that some idiot wouldn’t run me over in a Scorpion again. Betrayals don’t happen that much, but removing them would make playing BTB much easier IMO.
Well considering that –REGICIDE– is a variation of VIP we can expect it to be a replacement maybe even have a sub-folder variant to be VIP itself for other occasions.

As long as they still have that option to make the gametype of VIP gametype, I’m down with that no problem. I just hope that it will allow each team to have at least 2 of their own VIPs, just like in Halo 3. This will perfectly give me the options to remake the successful gametype I created 3 years ago.
