Should There be an "End of Summer" Req pack?

I honestly Think they should have one with a Very Epic looking emblem, provided with weapon skins for each loadout weapon.

Maybe expand it as an end of summer update with more stuff.

Can I first enjoy summer before having to think about the end of summer?

I hope there is one more major update release. Or at least a tiny bit of news about Halo 6 to see the dim light at the end of the tunnel (:
