Yep, as long as it is running 1080p and 60fps and removes that terrible ghosting that was in the 360 version, it’ll be good to go.
I’d love Reach to be added to the MCC, but I doubt 343 will add it in since they’re working on Halo 5 currently, and they’re tired of struggling with all the problems the MCC still has.
However Reach is coming to the One VIA backwards-compatibility, so at least we have that.
This would be amazing. Sadly , with it coming with backwards compatability I can’t see it happening.
@Admiral Icarus Actually, they said that they are already finished, and are planning Halo 6 Right now. They can’t release it early, though.
I think they should! It would really complete the collection, altough masterchief doesn’t really make an appearance. All halo fps games would be together, a dream come true! <3

For one, its called the Master Chief Collection. Not All Halo Games Collection. Chief does not make an appearance in the game (apart from his voice for use in Firefight) thus rendering the inclusion of the game into the MCC invalid. I wasn’t even sure why ODST was included with it.
Don’t get me wrong, I would like to see a Halo Ultimate collection or something - where all Halo games created so far are put together. But the MCC is purely for those games that made Chief the main, playable character.

I’m not trying to argue with you or cause trouble but the fact that they have already put ODST in the collection proves that they really don’t care what halo game ends up in the collection, if they put ODST in you can sure as hell bet Reach will be in there too, maybe not for a while, but it will eventually happen.
Personally my answer is a flat out NO. They simply cant be trusted to port this game over. After god knows how many updates and fixes there are still issues with MCC. I don’t care as much about 1080p and 60fps as I do about playability, hit registration, weapon balance and being able to find games quickly. I can find games now in Reach and like it that way.
You will have the ability to play Reach on the Xbox One soon anyway so you will once again be able to play all your halo games on one console.
The only thing I would support or even consider is an anniversary edition for Reach around the 10 year mark.
They added ODST easily because it was just a campaign and a slightly modified Halo 3 engine
Of course Halo Reach was one of the best halo games only a heretic would not want this master piece!
