Hey guys I wanna say that if we get a Halo Reach anniversary then I would probably play it for the rest of my life. I love the classic bungie graphics and whatnot but I want to see what 343 can give to this legendary game. I mean the story telling and online multiplayer are perfect, so why not capitalize on that, 343, because I think that’s the way to bring one of the best shooters in the world back. I mean, I like what your doing with halo infinite reach cosmetics and themes, but it doesn’t feel like reach, it feels like the way I felt when I saw all this new armor in halo 4. It’s not halo reach, it’s halo infinite. Also I can’t help but wonder if this has already been in the Works. But an anniversary for halo games is a great way to bring the series back for new comers. New games, or should I say updated old games, are the best because it refreshes all the nostalgia and love for the original games. Plus halo 2 anniversary was sick. I just gotta get that off my chest. I don’t mind no halo 3 anniversary, but a reach and an ODST are needed, after all, 343, reach was your Segway into halo.

The thing for me about any Anniversary is that it needs to have enough to set it apart from the original. Part of the reason for no H3A was that there simply wouldn’t have been that performance increases- literally all they’d truly have done would have been update the cutscenes.
For Reach I think the same thing still applies right now.

Unnecessary to me, not sure if we need the whole franchise to have an individual game anniversary, maybe 20 years down the line sure!
Reach is already perfect to me. They’d probably change all the models, and I LIKE the elite models in Reach best.
If anything, I’d love a FireFight update. New maps/waves maybe? They did ODST, so why not?
I don’t see a Halo Reach Anniversary happening anytime soon. The animations, visual effects and graphics in the game still looks great.
I’m not against the idea of Reach getting one, mostly just so they can potentially redesign the brutes as I thought they looked too naked and silly in Reach. H3 definitely needs one, those faces aged like sour milk lol.

If Halo 3 didn’t get an anniversary I highly doubt Reach will receive one. Reach from a visual and performance perspective is fine. It’s graphical fidelity is higher than Halo 3 and runs at a locked 60 FPS on modern hardware. You describe Reach as perfect which begs the question what is there to improve in an anniversary edition?

It would be cool but would it really be necessary? It would be cool to have an anniversary for every halo game but graphics age fast so I’m not sure, I think Halo 3 truly deserves one mostly because Halo 3 is less controversial. But I don’t know, I’m just some guy on the internet.
Currently I don’t think it’s possible to make one… maybe in the future but I doubt it.
I’m just as nostalgic as the next Halo fan but personally, I’m tired of the anniversary/remaster trend. I’m eager for new story content and gameplay experiences. If Halo Reach or Halo 3 were to receive any sort of anniversary treatment, it should be on the 20th anniversary. 2027 for Halo 3 and 2030 for Halo Reach. Introduce the legendary games to a whole new generation of gamers.
Halo Reach by itself is a beautiful game and very pretty, so imagine remastering it.
