Should the Suppresor get a buff?

I mean I love the function of this weapon and the razor edge. But should the regular suppressor get a buff? I been thinking of either making it have a damage buff or its rate of fire is faster to charge up.

Nah, you barely have to aim, ffs.

razors edge is my fav weapon 2 use (its not the most powerful ik but i love using it)
i think the base suppressor s fine i honestly prefer it in some cases to an smg or storm rifle

ikr really ’ consumer friendly ’

The Suppressor should have had no homing ability whatsoever, but higher damage projectiles.

I like the homing on them. The no homing like they had in Halo 4 was bad.

But if it had the tighter spread like it does in H5, higher damage but no homing it might actually take some skill to use.

As it is Now it requires next to zero aiming ability to use. If it was more powerful, it would be overpowered.

i actually thought the sound on the halo 4 one was EXACTLY how energy/hardlight weapons would sound

I think it should get a buff.
While it’s nice and a very fun weapon in the campaign, in the multiplayer it always pretty much looses against any other weapon.

In Arena, the suppressor hardly sees any use. It takes too long to spool up, and if you start spooling before you see your enemy then they’ll hear you and you won’t get the drop on them.

A slight buff to rate of fire or damage could work, but since it’s a homing weapon, any buff would need to be very delicately employed so that it wouldn’t flip the scale and become OP.

There’s no point in reverting it back to its H4 function as the role of mid-range Full-auto rifle already has numerous contenders. It’s delayed spool-up and tracking help make it a unique full-auto rifle.

I think he meant warm up.

Like most guns in Halo 5, it has its own niche. The thing just eats through flesh and Promethean armor.

You know, put it in the oven.

It doesn’t need a buff… anyone ever had an issue loading up REQs for Warzone Firefight? I had that happen to me a few times, what I did was rock the suppressor, which REKT all the Prometheans including legendary knights (I got 1st place even though I had AR + pistol spawns)

Remove it. We don’t need it. It is one of the dumbest guns in the game, and buffing a homing weapon would be even worse.
