Obviously the Lion King video is extremely misleeding but I’m assuming that you think the PP is over powered and therefore should be a a power weapon? If so, I disagree. The charged shot is easily avoidable and at close range pepper shooting it is much more effective but no more so than a 2 shot beatdown with the BR so its not OP in that sense.

In terms of BTB, it should be an on map pickup but BTB in Halo 4 is beyond help. Plasma Pistols are the least of its problems. BTB is a mess tbh.
