So more or less as the title says really. been thinking about it and after having played uncharted 4 this week, which does just that, i like how it was. the story was full 1080p all the time, but only 30fps and looked pretty and i dont really care about story being 60fps. then when i switch to the mm its lower resolution, but runs at 60fps, where i do want the frames. as a result the story looks actually better as its highter, and the lower frame rate doesnt bother me.
Do you think or feel that the next halo should be like that? i mean in 5 the videos were 30 fps anyway and looked really amazing to me concidering. would have maybe liked the story to be less frames but looking way prettier, or at least a static resolution.
Whatever it takes to allow split screen.
60 FPS Campaign and 60 FPS multi-player. I personally don’t use split screen so I don’t want 30 FPS ever again after playing 60 FPS. If they add split screen in Halo 6, solo use better 60 FPS for campaign and multi-player.

Beat me to it.
30 works better. I absolutely hate the textures popping in, it is ridiculously jarring, especially on the truth remix (whose name escapes me) 30fps so the graphics can be better and we can get split screen back
We’ll have to see what happens.
Other games like Mario Kart have implemented 60fps in single player and 30fps in split screen. We can have both.

true. but most of the time i hear the discussion is about having 30 fps.
One idea i like having gone back and playing the last of us remastered is having the option of using either or on single player, 30 or 60. that way people who like 30 can have that and those that like 60 can have that.
They should make the game 60fps solo and 30 fps split-screen, if possible.
