Should it? I think why not.
I don’t. At least to tier 1. It does fair damage for such an early ability. Perhaps tier 3 should be more powerful. Overall though I mostly use it to activate Rage.
Maybe buff its damage to vehicles/air, but leave its damage to infantry. It hits infantry rather hard.
I don’t know, though. I have little experience with Arby.
It needs its AoE and Dmg increases with each up upgrade (Maybe 5% with each upgrade),
In its current state its only good for killing infantry and triggering CoR.
