Over the past few weeks I have spent most of my halo time on warzone. In this time I have encountered several incidents were the ability to vote to have a player removed would come in handy. Mostly it is a player that is not active just standing there. I have also encountered a player in home base just driving a mongoose around the base doing laps. Another time it was a team mate that was erratically moving back and forth in the base while his gun was aimed at the ceiling. Of all the examples though the worst was a match on apex 7. I was on the spire with my BR right at the edge and was picking off enemies coming from the west armory. At which point my teammate thinks it would be amusing to repetadly spartan rush me off the edge and also use his slam ability to damage teammates vehicles. Warzone is a gametype that takes team work to win. Having a teammate that does not want to participate in a way expected should be removed from the game. Players should be given the ability to initiate a kick system with options as to why they have done this and a majority vote should win. It can also give 343 the ability to track those that do things or act in ways they are not suppose to and handle the situation accordingly. I matches to win not to lose due to teammates not participating. Let me know what you think.
I would kick the morons who kill bosses while their last base is being taken, or worse, the moron who breaks free from their home base only to kill (or most often, get annihilated) a boss instead of capturing a base.

bosses > bases
the only reason bases are there is to give a secondary objective to win

This is not what I was referring to. Though it may anger you if a teammate goes after a boss instead of a base cap or killa boss while a base is being capped this is part of the gameplay and players should communicate and work as a team in these situations. I am referring to played who are not playing or causing interface in game play.
