Aren’t companies supposed to have over 300 personnel? So, why is it only 100? In all honesty, I believe 343i should increase it to 300 and leave it that way. What do you guys think?

Well, this says that companies are typically anywhere from 100 to 200 personnel in size. Wikipedia says it ranges from 80 to 250.

Hmm, I always thought it was 300 or around there. But, 250 does seem more reasonable.
I think 100 is a perfectly fine size. Any larger would be too much in my opinion. But what am I talking about, mine only has 30.
