Should skill levels drop if half the team is gone?

Something that has always annoyed me about skill ranks in Halo games is that it can drop even if the match is a 2v4 (for example) with little chance of winning. Should skill levels in Halo 5 drop from a loss if the losing team only had half of its team through most of the game?

I don’t think it should apply to 3v4 games. While one team does have an unfair advantage, it is much easier to win a 3v4 than it is to win a 2v4, at least with my experience

i would be ok if parties were still affected since it would be to easy to exploit it while playing in a party
