So I played a bit of swat today (dont play other playlists because I hate not having a precision weapon at start, other than breakout) and for my first game I did really well, but my other 9 games weren’t nearly as good (some I did pretty terribly in). after my 10th game I got the rank of Onyx, and I know a lot of my other friends have also gotten onyx even though they played poorly in a few games.
It would be really cool if 343I changed ranking in Arena to be like how it was in Halo 3, instead of needing to play 10 games to get a rank, you start off at nothing then work your way from bronze 1 - Diamond 6 (Not sure if there is a specific name for it). The seasons would probably need to be removed and made it so you loose levels if you play poorly.
