For maps like the ones on team arena, adding, removing or replacing weapons, change positions of weapons and maybe some power ups. Or is it coming a new map refresh?

I think BTB is in pretty desperate need of a refresh. I wish they would hold another contest like the Ghost In a Shell one. Most of the maps in rotation now are either stale, or just not that fun to play on.
I would love to see new maps in all the playlists, but I don’t think that will ever happen. They are to busy working on Halo 6.

If anything, some Forge creations should be considered. Given the immense capabilities of Halo 5’s Forge mode, there’s bound to be some maps that stand out from the crowd like the aforementioned Ghost in the Shell maps.
Idk if they do this but maybe they should. Some maps feature team starting spawns that seem very imbalanced. I feel that Altar is this way. Red team spawns closer to the banshee and they also have line of sight (meaning it can easily be destroyed by the rocket hog if nobody on red team goes for it). This can put the whole match in their favor. Now Altar has a great deal of capable AA weapons but I feel that many of them are not easily accessible by blue team. The laser is about halfway between the bases and the sniper is closer to red team. Each team has a rocket hog and a hydra but those require lock. Rockets are closer to blue team but they are out in the open and also require a lock. After all of that, the next best weapon is the berserker’s claw and it is close to red base. I think this whole thing can be balanced by swapping the berserker’s claw with the rocket pod in that little hangar next to blue spawn.

There was a ‘Meet your Maker BTB’ competition in mid 2016, that’s where most of the BTB maps came from that were added in both refreshes (Sep 2016 and May 2017). If they hold another one of those there will be a fresh selection of top quality BTB maps.

Most definitely there’s already 2 that come to mind which is enshround and seasick both very good maps and there was one that is pretty old but never made it into MatchMaking called revenant

Yes
Super Fiesta could use some new maps, specifically larger ones such as BTB maps. The maps are so small for SF.

I would like to see some Halo 4 maps for BTB. Halo 4 had amazing maps for BTB.
