There’s various ways to go about recruiting, but honestly it’s kinda hard. I tried and failed, but lukcily someone ended up messaging me saying to check there’s out. A group a chill players that use discord to chat and setup game nights/teaming up etc and become friends.
It wasn’t one of those
"Hey check out ::insert generic Spartan company name here :: we are this, that, blah blah " the same msg spammed all over the recruitment threads. So that’s what got my interest.
You can make recruitment thread here, other gaming forums, and sens msgs to players on xbl you’ve played with. If you need friends to play with though, I could use more friends in team slayer.
If you do wanna check out the clan I’m in btw if you’ve tried doing your own and it seemed more trouble than it was worth send me a msg. We just want chill active players. Which seems to be lacking severely.
I would start off with people who you know and trust to be the first people you recruit but as for how to make people join, just send them a request from the Spartan company menu
