i saw a lot of people complaining of getting req points in them instead of permedant reqs which sucks and i only want the 343 AR and magnum skins
I think this pack is the only way to get those two skins in particular. The other ones you can get from regular req packs

Unless you are super desperate for tries at those 343i weapon skins, and have a lot of money or RP, I wouldn’t buy them

are you positive and can it come with visors assassinations helmets armor and stances as well?

All these questions can be answered if you read the description in the Xbox store.
It includes customization items. Those things you listed are customization items.
