Personally I believe that it should be. I understand everyone was complaining about the ranking and how the previous installment was too casual, well you can blame the CoD additions on that part. Halo 5 has yes, affected a lot of players from lack of content (which is in future updates) to minor things such as aiming (yes people are still experiencing aiming issues).
I think that Halo needs to be more accessible to players if it wants to have a wider population because Halo cnat live up to it rep if it only holds 20-30k people. People can argue that Halo 5 has the best Multiplayer in the series but needs tweaks here and there but sadly if someone cant enjoy a game then whats the point on trying you know? Because its hard for them to learn. Now I dont think learning is a bad thing but whenever you have people battling their damn controller more so than the enemy then there is a problem. I for one am still experiencing issues with the aiming because I will be aiming one moment, reticule be over an enemy, which engages the aim assist which slows things down for me and sadly whenever and if my reticule goes off then it flies all over. Personally this has turned me away from the game, plenty of times but because I love Halo with a burning passion, I still play regardless of raging but it is hard whenever you want to enjoy something and simply cant because of things within the game that make it hard to enjoy it.
All I am saying is that please in the next game, make it more accessible for other players so that everyone can enjoy the game and not be pushed away because of changes that simply didnt need changing.

Changed the inner and outer to 0, aim accel is 2 and sensitive to 2-3, yea sorry still having issues, but wait in other Halo I didnt have this problem, funny that. Maybe Halo is just becoming boring to me.
Also I bet if th CoD additions werent added to Halo 4 then it would have been a better Halo and everyone wouldnt have hated it.

And if your talking about accessibility a very relevant question. Do you have any idea on that?

It is relevant, because I would like Halo to strive in higher number than what it currently has. Its sad to see great franchise reduced to having very little amount of players on it.
I for one would like everyone to enjoy Halo and have very little issues with it.
I don’t think a game where I can knee a knife into another players face should have a lower rating and I think making it more adult would drastically help the game/community. The biggest complaints and issues I’ve noticed are little kids who shouldn’t have a mic in the first place and quitters, both of which I blame on younger modern gamers. If you ever played Halo CE on XBconnect then you understand how lucky we are to have a match making system period and you all quit cause you want to “save your KD”.
On actual issues I think new vs experienced players are a bigger issue in Halo than other games. I feel like I can do pretty good in any COD MP without much practice, where halo knowing the maps/abilities impacts the play so much more. I have literally jumped over boosted behind people and assassinated them to then get a message “STOP USING HACKS” after I explain it they normally are like “OH I didn’t even know you could boost backwards!”. In halo you can wait for someone to come around the corner/unload and still get wrecked cause of a well timed boost and shoot, in COD you pretty much get killed as hip-firing increases auto-aim or other features that allow bad players to get lucky kills on much better players.
I play with a group of guys, we beat older halos together, we do the COD Zombies easter eggs together, safe to say none of them are “nubs” however they can do nothing but get wrecked the rare times they play warzone as; dont know maps/spawn points and they don’t have loadout reqs so no DMR. So I could see a new player (someone get the game for a bday gift like 2 months from now) hops online and just constantly gets wrecked, specially in Warzone where they don’t even have a BR req let alone a DMR.
Possible fix? All load-out reqs should be unlocked from start (BR, DMR, and so on), specialty reqs can stay the same (tanks and power weapons). Another thing might be changing the maps every few months to adjust the spawn points or rotate maps; like for this month 3 maps are added and 3 are removed and then the next they mix it up again. In gen some of these issues really have no fix.

Well, in my issue I think the aiming should return to what it was because well, it was never broken to begin with.

I have 10 and acceleration 1, inner 3% outer 10%. Feels really good and no problems, accuracy ranging from 45-60% per game.
Halo 5 is already very accessible. Run/Sprint around the maps and drop shot with a shotty, just like in COD. Quickscope, just like in COD. Ground pound, just like in COD. ADS, just like COD. You get my point. If anything, what will bring back people will be when classic Halo returns. I want Halo in my Halo, and not Call of Duty.
Lol no, halo 5 has all the crutches in the world for new players. It’s very accessible, but the bottom line is, if someone want to play CoD, they will play CoD, not halo…
