Should Halo 6 diverse the story-line like Halo 2?

What I mean by this topic is that in Halo 2, we had both stories and gameplays from Master Chiefs side, and the Arbiter Thel 'Vadumee’s side.
Both on their own missions slowly leading up to the point into where they meet. Since rumor has it, that Halo 6 is supposed to be Master Chiefs last game, wouldn’t it be great to flip that aspect from instead of meeting each other again to slowly drifting apart? For example, many scenes can be based around the Chief & Arbiter talking or doing the mission together, while towards the end something happens to separate the 2 and slowly concludes the ending of Halo 6.

If you need me to clarify a bit more let me know in the comments, otherwise what do you all think? Should 343i make Halo 6 like Halo 2? But separate the characters towards the end rather than bring them together?

Good idea.
Line 3.

Halo 5 already did that. Like in Halo 2, we saw the story unfold from two points of view in Halo 5: Locke’s and Chief’s.
I want Halo 6 to follow Halo 3’s example and see the game entirely through the Chief’s eyes (because it is still the Chief’s story). The Arbiter is less important to the storyline this time around, anyway. If anyone were to share perspective with the Chief in Halo 6, it would be Locke. But still, I’d rather us get an entire game from the Chief’s perspective, especially if Halo 6 ends up being Chief’s last hurrah.

Agreed. If Halo 5 had more of an equal 50/50 distribution I would have been okay with splitting time with someone else again, but since it didn’t, I want moar Blue Team time in H6.

Halo 5 did that with Chief and Locke yes, but not in the dramatic way that I’m saying. I personally think the Arbiter and Chief will have a more promising storyline if it were just them 2 again but slowly separating. The way Halo 5 did it, seemed to lean on Spartan Lockes side more anyways. Which in the end wasn’t all that satisfying
