in your opinion should the newer halos be more like the old ones, in things such as:
maps: a good devation of small medium and large maps, with actual weapons on map or should they stay the way they are?
map selection: should it stay like it is or have halo 3 or reaches map selection?
gameplay:should there be custom clases or default wapons with different armor abilities? should they tighten up the hit box and reduce aim assist?
character: should they let you play as elites? like in the old halos
zombies: should it stay the same or should they return it to the way it used to be? should they have a permenant forced color or let you have your own?
I think there should be seperate playlists that are set up near identically like past Halos. That way, everyone is happy. You’ll have AAs, POD, Insta-spawning, etc. etc. etc in one set of playlists, then you’ll have a ranking system, no POD, no Insta-respawning, no loadouts, etc. etc. etc. in another set. It’d keep everyone happy, I feel.
Or just have a Halo 2 Anniversary.
Halo 4 should have played like any other Halo. Because it’s Halo, no?
Makes plenty of sense to me.
If they wanted to, they could make it really close to, say halo 3.
Turn of sprint, add halo 3 forged maps, only fixed weapons, fixed loadouts and there you go. Should feel like halo 3 for the most part.
Replace some weapons maybe.
halo is much too like old halo if you ask me. the game essentially feels and plays the same. i want a totally new halo experience, with gameplay slowed way down and features like rolling and wall hugging added. imagine halo that plays like tom clanceys rainbow six vegas, thats what i want.
In some ways yes in other ways no.

I respect your opinion, but I will say that I favor it as little as possible. Like, very little. Like so little that I am pretty much saying ‘no’.
Balanced gameplay and everyone starts with the same thing vs massive randomness and custom classes. Hmmm tough question or you can look at the total population. either way I prefer the old Halos then this new yoink
I honestly don’t know why they couldn’t do both. At the very least, they could have 2 playlists (Infinity Slayer and Team Slayer) just to see how the community responds.
The armory should take a step back with designs.
Most of the new helmet are ugly and doesn’t seem very functional.
(sadly looking at pioneer)
Halo 5:
>Leave customizable loadouts, but balance them and remove the more bull–Yoink- options.
>Classic/ForcedLoadout/Competitive Playlists.
Everyone happy.
>Change the art style and music back to what it was in Halo 3/Reach.
Many people happy(?)

high level of customization for different maps, gametypes and personal playstyles vs totally inflexible 1 weapon only bland boring gameplay. hmmm tough question

Am I the only one here who loves the new music?

No you’re not. I loved Halo 4’s sound track.

I actually like Reach armour, and some 4 Helmets.

Thanked both of you. I agree.
Definitely prefer Reach’s armor over Halo 4’s weird artistic approach on it.
